In the coming weeks, return somewhere you haven't been for at least a year. It doesn't need to be a place of significance, just somewhere you used to go that you somehow left behind.
Hold your memories of the place lightly so you can see it as it is now. As you approach the path, simply notice what has changed and what hasn't. The old path can show you what's changed in you too. Pay attention what you feel in your body as you walk.
There's an old saying that we can't step into the same river twice. You might discover that the same is true of a path.
