I think the power of your writing was demonstrated to me when you wrote about finding Mary Oliver (in poetic form) in the garden centre and then when you dropped the bomb of leaving your marriage I felt it as almost physical impact. Your end of the road metaphor was so powerful as well and I like how you blend metaphor and life together, I live in a metaphor defined world and this resonates.
